TIZIANO ZORZAN HAS PUT HIS OWN NAME TO A FASHION LINE

Tiziano Zorzan has put his own name to a fashion line. The businessman plans to open a number of upmarket flagship stores in New York, Los Angeles and London, with further plans to expand into Asia. There is also some talk of a move into luxury travel once things really take off. His new opening is due on the 1st of July in the cool and creative Meatpacking area, 69 8th Avenue. It is not to be forgotten that I come from Italy, the place where one can enjoy an unforgettable moment of Art and history simply joining the coffee break walk with collegues. While this land and its features make it hard to convince ourselves as citizens that we are like the others partecipating the european community, it also constitutes a natural barrier against the ugly and cheap. This is where an expedition to the supermarket is often a tour through significant monuments and you can happen to park your bike in the ‘Cradle of the Renaissance’: luxury does not ever have a sinister connotation here, it’s more a natural consequence of things. Deciding to export Italian Style, to show it, is too a natural thought.
